The Centre for Leadership and Volunteer Work verifies events and logs electronic hours for volunteers at the Dobro.ru portal.
To receive a Personal Electronic Volunteer Passport, you need to register on the Dobro.ru website — this will automatically grant you an electronic volunteer record book where all the events you register for through the Volunteer Center's forms will be recorded.
If you have a previously issued paper-based Volunteer passport, you can continue to have entries made in it by arranging a meeting with a manager in advance 💜

How to get a mark in the Volunteer passport for a past event?
To add a note to the Volunteer passport about the event you will need to prepare: information about the volunteer shift (thank-you note, the name of the event, your function and the number of volunteer hours) and come to the office M404 (building on Pokrovsky Boulevard, 11). One of the center's employees verifies the information and marks it.
Please note that the Centre for Leadership and Volunteer Work marks only events organized by the center. For volunteering with third-party organizations, you can put a mark at that very organization.
I have no volunteer experience, but I want to get a Volunteer passport. How can I do this?
You can register at the Dobro.ru website without any volunteer experience. You will automatically receive your Personal Electronic Volunteer Passport. Follow the announcements in our Telegram channel, sign up for events and get volunteer hours!
Is it possible to apply for a Volunteer passport if I am under 18 years old?
Yes, of course, from the age of 14, according to the law, you can independently engage in volunteer activities, but with the permission of your parents.
